Birthday Celebration + New Classes!
It’s our birthday! We’re a whole year old now and still completely awestruck in the past 12 months. We are having so much FUN with this faith & fitness adventure!
We’re celebrating Saturday, August 4th with mimosas, muffins & lots of movement, 9-noon. Stop by to take advantage of the special offers, join us to work out in the fitness center or take a sample class for free! You can reserve a spot in a sample class HERE .
Starting next week, we also have 4 new classes on the schedule!
Barre: Low-impact workout to target and tone using small movements & isometric holds while building long & lean muscles. 45 min. class on Tues & Thurs @ 5:30pm
Rev Fit: Strength & cardio workouts including drumstick routines, HIIT, body weight exercises, light weights & more! 45 min class on Mon & Wed @ 6:30am
Vinyasa Flow: Link conscious breath with a mindful flow while building strength and flexibility. 1-hour class on Tuesdays @ 6:30pm
Zumba Express: An interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party mixing low-intensity & high-intensity moves. 45-minute class on Thursdays @ 6:30pm
