Kassi’s kicking off summer with a Living Healthy & Whole workshop series! This group will meet for 6 weeks on Sundays at 1:30, beginning June 3rd.
Gain support & knowledge through the healthy & whole living workshop series! Included in this 6-week program:
- In-person discussion with topics in digestion, stress management, inflammation, gut health, eating for energy, and sugar.
- Six weekly meal plans promoted for weight loss and healthy eating.
- Printable shopping lists + 150 delicious recipes that are whole foods.
- Goal setting sheet to keep you focused and on track.
- Accountability check-ins each week, plus a Facebook group to ask questions, provide motivation and accountability.

June Class Schedule
Here’s the 06.18 Class Calendar for June. A couple of change highlights-
- Pilates is now at 8:30 AM on Monday & Thursday.
- Chair Yoga will be held Sunday and Tuesday at 4:30 PM.
- Vinyasa Flow moves to 9:00 AM on Friday.
