April is here and we want you to keep MOVIN’. Did you set a goal for yourself in 2019? Maybe you totally rocked it the first quarter of the year and are well on your way. Or maybe you have hit some bumps in the road and are feeling frustrated. Resist the urge to let them become dead-ends! We are always just one choice away from back on track so let’s dismiss the frustration & get back at it! If you fall in the camp of all or nothing, we encourage you to create some space for yourself (and life) in between. Let go of striving for perfection, and aim for simple, steady progress 🙂

All you have to do to win it is move with us 🙂 Your name will be entered into a drawing EACH time you work out at Love 139 Wellness (in a class OR solo in the fitness center), EACH time you reserve your class online and EACH time you bring a friend to a class or refer a new member. Each & every work out is progress and worth celebrating!
We’ve got a couple changes for April to give you more options & variety! We’re bringing Slow Flow yoga to Saturday mornings, adding a new day and time for chair yoga, + a new instructor with one more early morning yoga offering 🙂
