Thursday evening classes will break for this super busy month, but we’re bringing you a NEW circuit training class on Monday & Wednesday mornings!
This 30-minute class combines cardio and strength work to improve heart & lung fitness, increase strength & endurance, and improve agility & coordination. Focus will be given to correct form and modifying exercises to honor YOUR body! Perfect for beginners!
Saturday morning classes will wrap up a bit earlier allowing you to make the most of your weekends! Take a look at the full class calendar for May HERE.
