Savasana & Sangria
We’ve got the perfect Girl’s Night Out on Saturday, 11/5! Enjoy an hour long yoga class followed by a social hour with sangria and snacks. The cost for this event is $20, just $10 for members or punch card holders. You can reserve your spot here. Advanced registration is required for this event!

Class fees are covered with the donation of a nonperishable food item on November 19th, and Thanksgiving weekend (11/25 & 11/26). What a great opportunity to invite a friend!
THE BIG, BIG NEWS!
We’re moving! Over the month of November, renovation happens at 411 Osage for our new home. Just east on Madison Avenue, we’ll be located right next to Swan Fitness’s old location. This new space will give us a separate studio room, so you can work out on the gym equipment without the distraction of classes and our instructors get to include a whole lot of exercises utilizing walls! Seriously, Angie & Marianna can’t wait to introduce you to the most relaxing, restorative yoga poses ever! And we might just get Clarissa & Amy a disco ball 😉
We are super excited for 4 new walls, 2 bathrooms, 1 front door entrance and no tanning bed! Which means if you know anyone interested in buying a tanning bed, send them our way 🙂
Our hope is to complete the renovation & move at the first of December, with as little downtime as possible. We will keep you posted as progress is made and the schedule develops.
