I’m Angie, and I am a Registered Master Holy Yoga Instructor (M-HYI) with additional certifications in Yoga Therapy, Senior/Chair Yoga and Kids Yoga. I began practicing yoga regularly in 2005. Yoga has been key to managing my own fibromyalgia and recovering from adrenal fatigue. It was also essential to maintaining peace amidst the 6 year cancer struggle and loss of my first husband.
I believe we’re at our healthiest when we care for our bodies with gratitude and grace. I strongly believe God designed us to move, though sometimes he calls us to simply breathe into stillness with him. We’re most successful when we approach our health with gratitude and God-honoring intention. Accepting limitations and embracing movement modifications allows us to get a little further, experiencing peace, joy and accomplishment.
